I’m struggling to figure out
I never really had a doubt
Going to that special place
I will never show my face
Again.
No notices
No surprises
But still…
The tension, my boiling point
Rises
No cautions
No disguises
You kept me in the dark
All this time
Everybody
And I mean everybody
Knew.
I feel so out of place
All along it feels like they’ve been
Laughing at me
I thought we were laughing
Together
No demands
No more masks
I guess one little answer
Is too much to ask
No notices
No surprises
I have never been so afraid of not hiding.
